Quinceanera
You must provide at least a baptism certificate and a First Communion certificate.
If the Quinceañera has not received First Communion, communion will not be distributed during Mass.

Before you complete the form and make the Payment.
To complete the Online Registration Form, you need to provide the Quinceañera's Baptism and First Communion certificates.
The stipend for the Quinceañera Mass/Ceremony is $600 total.
There is a $200 secure-date required to book the date, NON-Refundable if you cancel the Mass.
If you want to change the date later, another $200 will be required to book a new date.
The full amount should be paid a month before the Quinceañera ceremony/mass is scheduled.
You can pay online on the donate button or visit the office during business hours, M-F 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:00-4:00 PM.
